  • 1. Shipping Policy

    • Order Processing Time All orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days from the time of confirmation (excluding weekends or public holidays). For high-volume sale periods, processing might take up to 3 business days.
    • Shipping Methods & Delivery Time We use trusted couriers to deliver your orders within your country or region. Standard delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on your location. In remote or rural areas, delivery may take a bit longer. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor your package status.
    • Shipping Charges Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on your shipping address and the weight of the items. Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions for prepaid orders above a certain value. If you choose Cash on Delivery (COD), an additional handling fee (if applicable) will be added at checkout.
    • Shipping Exceptions & Delays We are not liable for delays caused by the courier due to extreme weather, natural calamities, public holidays, strikes, or other force majeure events. If your package is marked “Delivered” but you haven’t received it, please contact us immediately with your order number; we will assist in tracking.
    • Damaged or Incorrect Items in Transit If you receive an item that is damaged, broken, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and the product. We will verify and coordinate with the courier to resolve the issue swiftly.
  • 2. Cancellation Policy

    • When Can You Cancel? You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been dispatched. Once an order is shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. Custom-made or personalized orders cannot be canceled once confirmed.
    • How to Request Cancellation To cancel, reach out to us via email or WhatsApp, providing your order number, name, and a clear request for cancellation. We will confirm your cancellation request once it is accepted (before dispatch).
    • What Happens After Cancellation? For cancelled prepaid orders (before dispatch), we will take the necessary steps to reverse the payment. Depending on your bank, it may take 3–10 business days for the amount to reflect back in your account. For COD orders cancelled before dispatch, no charges will be applied.
    • Our Rights to Cancel We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, including cases where the product is out of stock, pricing errors occur, or the order violates our terms. If we cancel your order, you will be notified promptly, and any prepaid amount will be refunded (as applicable).
